Relaxation Massage
This flowing, deeply relaxing technique is the perfect massage to smooth away tension from aching muscles, improve circulation and relieve stress. This massage brings about relaxation and peace of mind, body and soul.

*Note: A 25 minute massage can be added to any other service but we do not do single 25 minute treatments by themselves.
 

Couple's Massage
Enjoy a relaxation massage simultaneously next to your partner surrounded by whispering pine trees and nature. This is our most popular treatment. 
 

Signature Face Massage

Your face is exposed to the elements 24/7. Lines can appear when the muscles of the face are tired and stressed. Our signature face massage relaxes tired muscles and increases circulation of blood and lymph. We use gentle exfoliants to increase circulation to the facial muscles. Then, an aromatic bergamot gel mask is used to smooth and relax the tissue. Bergamot is known to help repair capillaries and is very soothing. Next, your massage therapist will do a face massage that relaxes and tones the muscle tissue. The refreshed muscle tissue will bring your face back looking refreshed and glowing. Your face will feel lighter and invigorated and it will show in your smile!
 

Hand and Foot Treatments
The hands and/or feet are exfoliated using an aromatherapy scrub. Essential oils are massaged into the hands and feet. Finally, reflexology is performed to leave not only the hands and feet feeling refreshed, but the whole body totally relaxed, renewed and beyond marvelous.

Get Your Back in Business
This 50 minute treatment focuses on and pampers most people's favorite part of a massage:  the back. The back is exfoliated using our satin body polish and then a nurturing mud wrap is applied to help improve circulation, remove toxins and hydrate. The scrub/wrap is followed by a back massage to work out kinks and tense spots.
 

Reflexology
Pamper yourself with this remarkable Asian massage technique that stimulates pressure points and nerve endings located on the feet. Natural healing processes are activated for total stress relief and well-being.

Ion Cleanse Foot Bath / Detoxification Treatment

Looking for an easy, safe, and efficient way to detoxify the body at the cellular level? Enjoy a 25 minute warm ionic foot bath. The ions neutralize free radicals and realign individual cells so your body can absorb nutrients and get rid of waste more efficiently. This is a relaxing way to soothe joints and revitalize the whole body ...a great anti-aging treatment. Then enjoy a 10 minute remineralization foot bath. Finish with a 15 minute massage/reflexology session.

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth river stones are heated in healing waters, then placed and glided along muscles to produce deep relaxation and calm. This massage leaves trails of heat flowing deep within your body. It will increase circulations and melt away your tension.
 

Pregnancy Massage
This massage is designed specifically for the comfort of the mother-to-be. A special cushion is used that makes it possible for most women to lie face down with great security and comfort. Special attention is paid to the muscles that stress pregnant women the most. This full body massage can be performed up to full term.
 

Satin Scrub and Body Mud Wrap
First, a satin scrub is done to exfoliate the skin. Botanical Mud is then applied. Mud is known for its healing properties and offers relief from aching joints, skin problems and toxic ailments. This mud will detoxify and cleanse you as you relax in a comforting warm wrap. After showering off, a light moisturizer is applied. 
 

Satin Body Scrub and Massage
A satin body scrub, loaded with essential oils and nutrients is applied to the skin, removing impurities and dead skin cells. New cells are rejuvenated and circulation is stimulated. After showering off, you are treated to a 50 minute massage.
 

Deluxe Body Scrub and Massage 
Begin with a soak in the tub. Follow your soak with a deep cleansing exfoliating treatment. A satin scrub loaded with essential oils and nutrients is applied to the skin, removing impurities and dead skin cells. New cells are rejuvenated and circulation is stimulated. The scrub is followed by a 50 minute massage with a hydrating rich lotion.

Aromatherapy Massage
Make your already fabulous massage that much more special by adding on aromatherapy. The sense of smell is primordially hard-wired to the brain. Essential oils come from plants and have proven medical properties.  Certain aromas have been proven to bring about changes in mood and health. Your therapist will go over our synergistic essential oil blends available to you and help you customize your massage cream to best address your needs. After your massage, the remaining cream is yours to take home. It is a great moisturizer and the scent will remind you of your Hocking Hills experience every time you use it.
 

Paraffin Massage
The benefits of adding paraffin to a massage is that the moist heat penetrates deeply into joints and muscles.  The muscles are loosened and softened. Range of motion and increased circulation are two of the benefits that paraffin provides.
